2010 Rome United bindings 有問題

有買2010 Rome United bindings,趕快拿回去換吧。
Rome這個型號的binding是他們的Binding product manager自己在中國挑的工廠
看來壓錯寶，這個binding如果不是塑料製成沒出問題，那就很有可能偷工減料
Rome在08和09年就一直在找新的合作工廠，看來不會中文要在中國找到可靠的製造商不容易
不過說真的，Rome是我少數看到圖紙，生產材料，生產製程做的非常詳細的品牌
Rome雖然這次出包，不過Rome的產品還是非常可靠的。

Rome United Bindings

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada announced today that Rome Snowboards is recalling its 2010 United bindings due to reported breakage of base plates in cold weather, which can post a “fall hazard.”

The voluntary recall says that Rome has received 14 reports of broken base plates, but no injuries have been reported. The company sold approximately 2,900 pairs of Uniteds in the States and 220 in Canada between September and December of last year.

Riders are being instructed to immediately stop using the bindings and contact Rome for a free replacement set.
